Do the New Kids Have the 'Right Stuff' For Reunion?

Do the New Kids Have the 'Right Stuff' For Reunion?

This article from abcnews.com talks about if the New Kids On The Block have the "Right Stuff" for a reunion.

I was shocked when I read: '"There's no comparison between the Police and the New Kids on the Block. The New Kids were not significant," said Anthony DeCurtis, of Rolling Stone magazine.' They were not significant! I beg to differ!

They also say that the reunion may have been inspired by the "ultra-profitable" reunion of the Spice Girls, who lead a sold-out concert tour last year. They also seem to say that it doesn't matter if the reunion is any good, they would still make money from it.

By the looks of all the loyal fans that still stand behind Donnie, Jordan, Joe, Jonathan and Danny, and all the talent they possess, I don't doubt for a second that it will very successful.

Joey McIntyre Talks New Kids On The Block Comeback - Access Hollywood

Access Hollywood New Kids On The Block Article

This Access Hollywood news article was posted today about what Joe McIntyre said at the Victoria’s Secret “What Is Sexy?” Super Bowl party on Saturday night in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Joey said there are some preliminary steps being taken towards a possible comeback. He compared it with the football theme of the party: “It could be the preseason. I don’t know if we’re kicking off yet and had the opening game, but it’s the preseason,” Joey told AccessHollywood.com on the Victoria’s Secret pink carpet. “So far, it’s been fun and we’re going to take the next step. It’s cool.”

When asked if it would be hard to get the group's chemistry back, Joey replied: “It’s like we never left, which is pretty cool,” Joey added. “It’s as if you had a high school reunion and you pick up right where you left off.”

He didn't mention a timeframe for the announcement. “I think things are going to be happening – but one step at a time,” he smiled.
